Hi, we’re Jamison and Ieshea.
We’re a husband-and-wife team building Main Pick Logistics from the ground up. Our box truck carrier operations are based in Racine, WI, and serve customers across the Midwest.
Prior to October 2024, Jamison spent 18 years on the road as a professional driver on the employee side of the industry. Over the course of his career, he hauled long-haul, regional, and local freight, proudly driving over a million miles and delivering dock-to-dock across all 48 contiguous states.
That lived experience gave him a deep, practical understanding of freight handling, scheduling, and the real-world challenges drivers face every day. The foundation of Main Pick Logistics is built on this experience.
Ieshea’s background is rooted in various customer-facing roles. Her 13 years of experience in the hospitality and e-commerce industries bring a people-first warmth, clear communication, and strong organization to the administrative foundation of the business, ensuring customers and partners feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
As hands-on owner-operators, our goal is for every customer to feel confident, at ease, and relieved knowing their shipment is in capable hands.
